This Privacy Policy describes how Turbo Game Booster - 120 FPS ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you install and use the App available on the Google Play Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. This policy is published in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, the Google Play User Data policy, the Families policy, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate, secure and improve the App.

1.1 Information you provide directly — Email address and message content if you contact our support.

1.2 Information collected automatically:

• Device information: device model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, GPU model, available RAM, CPU cores, system locale and time zone.
• App information: App version, installed games detected on the device (read locally for boost optimization — this list is not transmitted to our servers).
• Performance data: Crash logs, ANR reports, frame-rate samples, RAM/CPU usage during boost sessions.
• Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID), device IP address — used by ad networks for frequency capping and contextual ads.

1.3 Information we do NOT collect: name, phone number, contacts, photos, SMS, call logs, precise GPS location, microphone audio, camera images, or any health data.

2. Permissions We Request

• INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required to load ads, fetch optimization profiles and measure ping.
• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES — to detect installed games for one-tap boost. List stays on-device.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE — to keep the booster active during gameplay.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to display boost status notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate and maintain App features (FPS boost, GFX tool, ping reducer, RAM cleaner).
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance.
• Serve advertising and measure ad performance.
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the third-party service providers listed above strictly to operate the App, or when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety and property.

6. Data Retention

Crash and analytics data are retained for up to 90 days. Advertising identifiers are handled per Google Play Families and AdMob retention rules. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.

7. Data Security

All network requests use HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Opt out of personalized advertising — Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete advertising ID.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the safeguards offered by our SDK providers for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
