Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and the developer of Turbo Game Booster - 120 FPS ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the App distributed through the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to download, install and use the App on any compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the App.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or transfer the App to third parties.
• Use the App to violate any law, regulation or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Use the App to cheat, hack, modify or interfere with any game's binaries, server traffic, anti-cheat systems or terms of service.
• Bypass advertising, in-app purchases or other monetization mechanisms.
• Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code.

4. No Game Modification

The App does not modify, hack, patch, inject code into, decrypt or otherwise tamper with any game's APK, OBB, server packets or files. The App only adjusts publicly available device-level performance settings (e.g. background process management, RAM cleanup, system performance profiles, network MTU). Any reference to "GFX tool", "FPS unlocker" or similar features refers strictly to device-level configuration that the user opts into.

5. Advertising and In-App Content

The App is free and supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party networks including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. By using the App you consent to the display of advertising and the related data processing described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the App, including all related trademarks, logos, graphics, icons, source code, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Game names and brands referenced for compatibility are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (Google Play Services, Firebase, ad networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Performance results depend on your device hardware, OS version, network conditions and game compatibility. We do not guarantee any specific FPS, ping reduction or battery improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, employees or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, device damage, account bans in third-party games, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Compliance with Google Play Policies

The App and these Terms are designed to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including policies on Restricted Content, User Data, Permissions, Monetization & Ads, Spam & Minimum Functionality, and Families. If a conflict arises between these Terms and Google Play Policies, Google Play Policies shall prevail with respect to App distribution.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revision. Material changes will be communicated via the App or the Google Play listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
